This is a question I get a lot and it's a really great question. I mean, one size does NOT fit all and that's not what I've got here.
But, I wanted to create something that would work for everyone, so there’s tons of flexibility here.
Here’s what I focused on:
Different Levels of Intensity - We’re all at a different place in our exercise lives, so I have modifications for everything so it doesn't matter if you worked out 10 years ago or 10 minutes ago.
Workouts That Are Fun and Designed to Target Belly Fat - You get to use a variety of tools to make your workouts interesting and I've used all the research I've done to create workouts that WORK without being miserable. I get bored easily and I don’t want to spend hours exercising - the good news is, you don’t have to finally get results.
Personal Flexibility - The workouts are all done in a circuit format, meaning you go through each move, one after the other and complete one circuit. Then you have the option to do it again or to skip to the cool down. You're in charge of every aspect of the workout.
The Meal Plan is Done For You - Whether you decided to do meal prep or just use the recipes I've given you, you have what you need to supplement your workouts with a healthy diet.
